Church planting is a kingdom-minded mission to see lives, communities, and cities transformed. It takes hundreds, if not thousands of people focusing their hearts, minds, souls and strength to accomplish this mission.  It is a team event!  The bible is very clear that we each have a part to play in this mission. Church planting is a team effort, and we need you on our team!

New churches rarely, if ever, start with local elders in place.  It takes about five years to identify and raise up biblicaly qualified elders.  However, wise spiritual discernment and decisions are crucial in the beginning stages of a new church plant.  The church planter needs the wisdom, advice, counsel, accountability, and guidance of godly leaders. The Management Team will give special attention in overseeing staff hires, budgets, and the purchase of any facility.  Until the local eldership is established, the Management Team fulfills this role.
